Als ich in ihrem Newsletter las, dass ein weiteres Buch von ihnen veröffentlicht wird, war die Bestellung sozusagen ein „no-brainer“.In „The Power of Moments“ beschreiben Chip und Dan Heath, wie man Momente kreiert, die prägen, die in vielen Fällen unvergesslich bleiben werden und in manchen Fällen sogar das Potential haben, den weiteren Lebensverlauf radikal zu verändern. Im beruflichen Umfeld wünscht man sich Momente, die potentielle Kunden vom eigenen Produkt überzeugen.
